You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, clean, and in sellable condition. Items that show signs of use, washing, sweat, stains, odor, damage, or wear cannot be accepted for return.

Please return the item with its original packaging and product components where possible.

Socks

Socks can only be returned if they are unopened, unworn, and in original condition.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Exchanges are possible subject to stock availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, we will issue a refund according to the return policy.

Defects

If you believe your item has a defect, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue before sending the item back.
